The First Steps Together Association is affiliated with a civil servant recruitment program for volunteer work in the schools. This affiliation is supported by the German organization "Freunde der Erziehungskunst Rudolf Steiner"; as a member of this organization, volunteers join FiSTA every year to help in students as well as teachers in diverse fields such as Art, Music, Individual Student Training, Workshops, and Computer. This exchange process is also important for the students as it provides them with the chance to get in touch with different cultures.
